Auld lang syne

I composed this version of the classic Auld Lang Syne for one of my many new year greeting cards: “a traditional beginning of the year for a beautiful 2003”. The slurs in the score and parts indicate frasing rather than bowing. This recording is by the Mlor trio: violin - Lucille Hasselaar; viola - Herbert van Essen; violoncello - Peter Garfield.
