I wrote this music for Patrick Vandermeersch (homo universalis) when he celebrated at the same time his 50th birthday and the 25th anniversary of his ordination as a Catholic priest. The “souvenir” is the memory of the French village Dieulivol where the Vandermeersch family have their holiday cottage.
